Congratulations on your admission to Texas State University! We have reserved a place for you at New Student Orientation (NSO). The confirmation booklet, new student guide, and session schedule provided below will let you know what you can expect to do and learn at this one-day session for NSO.

NSO Session Program
The NSO Program includes a schedule of activities and events for your on-campus orientation session. If you want to preview the schedule, you can download a PDF copy once it is available. Printed copies will also be provided at check-in on the day of your session.
Generally, students and guests can expect for check-in to begin at 7:30am and the program to conclude by 5:00pm. The program will include a variety of information presentations for students and guests, course registration assistance, and a lunch meal (provided).

In it, you'll find information about student life and academics, helpful student resources, important dates and contacts, and much more.
